Youth For Christ are putting together a great event to help you help your friends.

What A training night for youth in yrs 7-12 on ‘How to help your friends when their life feels out of control’.

When Friday 7 November

Time 7:15-10pm

Where Syndal Baptist – Glen Waverley

Cost $2

We will be having a drop-off and pick-up point here in the Church Basement.
Drop-off 6:15pm
Pick-up 10:30pm
You’ll need to have enough money for a Zone 1+2 metcard (around $3.10).

Mercy Ministry Christmas Party???

Hey Everyone! Mercy Ministry have asked if c4youth can look after catering for their Christmas Party this year…the only problem is that its on the same night as we have our own Christmas Party & Sleepover Scheduled.

What do you think??? Should c4youth do it & then party on afterwards? Or should we have our party as we originally planned it, without catering for the Assylum Seekers?? Leave your comments in the comments field.

Temple Day – 19 October 2008

CrossCulture is turning 143 this Sunday! We’ll be having a special Australian BBQ to celebrate. We need your help to serve food at the lunch following the 9am service. If you can help, contact Sarah Tan at youthadmin@crossculture.net.au

Christmas Concert Choir – 14 December 2008

Everyone of ALL ages (young and old) and musical abilities are encouraged to ‘join in the chorus’ at the annual CrossCulture Christmas Outreach Concert. No auditions necessary, just a love for singing Christmas carols.

Rehearsals will be held one evening every fortnight from mid-late October. Interested singers, please contact Sarah Hamond on 0438 937 947 or shamond11@hotmail.com before October 16th (that’s this Thursday!)
